Chili Palmer (John Travolta) is back in "Be Cool." Palmer meets with his friend Tommy Athens (James Wood), who tries to pitch him a movie plot, when a man in a toupee shoots and kills him. Chili is led to a club where he meets Linda Moon (Christina Milian), a fabulous pop singer with a bad contract. Chili, using all of his connections and with the help of random sub-connections and events, aides Linda to escape her contract and move on to something much bigger and better, which includes a live concert event with Steven Tyler of Aerosmith.
