Larry the Cable Guy: Health Inspector is a movie that is supposed to give you and inside look as to what the health department does when it has inspections in restaurants. Larry is one of the main characters is a health inspector that doesn't take his job as seriously as he should. This all changes when he gets a new partner who follows everything by the book and is looking for ways to shut restaurants down that are breaking the codes. Larry meets a girl while working and eventually takes her to a restaurant where they both get sick. Larry and his partner then are trying to figure out why this happened to him and several other people in different restaurants. They trace clues and leads and to a city cooking contest which allows the winner to get a large amount of money. Larry lost his job during the movie because he accused the wrong person of the crime and he was making wrong judgements that his boss didn't like. Larry and his partner ended up solving the crime and Larry got his job back.
