Major Benson Payne (Damon Wayans) is sent to teach at a military school after spending all his adult life directing high stress secret marine operations. He is assigned to be the drill instructor for the problem children in the school. Once at the school he must turn a this bunch of rag-tag unmotivated kids into a highly disciplined cadet team. With no experience with kids he routinely has run-ins with the school nurse (Karyn Parsons) who is at first appalled by the way he treats the younger cadets especially cadet tiger (Orlando Brown). The young cadets pull together to compete at the prestigious military games, which are always won by the rival school.
