The Bakers are a family of fourteen. They live in a house in the country and life is relatively simple: as simple as it can be with twelve children still at home! Kate stays home to manage the household and all the children, while Tom goes to work to provide for the family. But when mom writes a best-seller about her experience in having a large family and goes on tour, the roles reverse and Tom becomes a stay-at-home dad. The family moves into a glamorous house in a snooty suburb, and Tom is left to try to keep things together at home while Kate is gone. In this movie where everything is turned upside-down, all of the Bakers learn some important lessons about life, love, and family.
