“Every Which but Loose” is a film about Philo Beddoe (Clint Eastwood) an easy going trucker and a part time fist fighter. He travels the San Fernando Valley with his two closest friends, Orville Boggs (Geoffrey Lewis) the one who organizes his fights and Clyde (Manis) his orangutan he won in a bet years ago. Together the three are in search of cold beer, a country shindig and a good fight. This all changes when Beddoe is left high and dry by a country and westerns singer who he had fallen in love with. Now Beddoe and company are in search of this dainty little woman while chased by a gang of bikers who want another shot at Beddoe in the ring.
