A group of soldiers are stationed at a checkpoint in Iraq. Angel Salazar (Izzy Diaz), who hopes to be a filmmaker, wants to capture the whole experience on videotape. His friends and fellow soldiers seem to be well-adjusted to the drastic physical and mental changes caused by deployment to Iraq, but eventually things get ugly. Reno Flake (Patrick Carroll) gets drunk and begins to harass an Iraqi family. He rapes the young daughter in the family and things turn murderous. Lawyer McCoy (Rob Devaney) wants to tell someone what Reno did, but at the same time, does not want to rat out a fellow soldier.
