Dustin (Jason Biggs) is in love with Alexis (Kate Hudson), but Alexis does not feel the same way and only wants to be friends. Lucky for Dustin his best friend, step-cousin, and roommate is Tank (Dane Cook), a man with a hobby for women. Tank dates women and mistreats them so they can see how lucky they are to be with a better man than him. Dustin and Tank decide that the way to convince Alexis that Dustin is the man for her. However, things do not go quite as planned for Dustin, Tank, and Alexis.
