Twin sisters from Illinois take a dream vacation to the Bahamas in Holiday In the Sun. Madison(Mary-Kate Olsen)and Alex(Ashley Olsen) are planning on a big school trip to Hawaii and are devastated when their dad insists they accompany him instead on a business trip to Atlantis Resort in Paradise Island, Bahamas. However, their moods improve when their parents trust them with their own suite, and the future looks even brighter when they meet a couple of cute boys. Jordan(Ben Easter) is a local working at Atlantis, and he seems to like Alex, even taking her to meet the dolphins he cares for. Madison falls for Scott(Billy Aaron Brown), who's very sweet but not terribly bright. The girls soon manage to get tangled up with a dangerous smuggling ring when they run into a man who isn't what he appears. Now they find themselves in a race to prove their friend Jordan, who's been wrongfully arrested, is innocent: and the twins happen to know who the thief really is.
