The "two brothers" in this film are beautiful twin tiger born among the temple ruins of an exotic jungle. One is bold and fierce, the other one shy and gentle. On a fateful day, the brothers are caught, separated and sold by a hunter (Guy Pearce). The bold brother is sold off to a circus, the shy one becomes the beloved companion of the governor's (Jean-Claude Dreyfus) lonely young son until an accident forces the family to give him away. Several years later, the two brothers find themselves reunited during a fight. Recognizing each other, they will try to escape together.
